Its not common to find products to be leaked online right before it is unveil for public purchasing,especially if there's anticipated hype. The latest such online leak is retail packaging for the Intel Skylake Core i7-6700K and i5-600K processors. These processors are the next big release from Intel, and it is expected that they will be revealed at the Gamescon show in Cologne Germany which will start this coming Thursday through Sunday (August 6th-9th).
These are snapshot photos of the entire package, according to information that's written the Intel Core i7-6700K will feature 4 physical cores with support of 8-threads thanks in part to Hyperthreading. It will have 8MB of L3 cache. The base clock frequency of this unlock version i7 chip is 4GHz. The processor will be equipped with Intel HD Graphics 530.
On the Inte Core i5-6600K box it shows that the chip will have 4 physical cores,it will have no Hyperthreading present it will still support 4 threads. It will once again have Intel HD Graphics 530 integrated. The base clock speed is expected to be 3.5GHz. Both processors will support Turbo Boost 2.0 technology and will also support both dual-channel DDR3L and DDR4 memory types pending motherboard.
