The Bug Report: Apple Fixes HomePod Restart Issues With Their Latest Software Updates

Apple right now has just released a slew of updates that includes iOS 12.1.3, watchOS, MacOS, and tvOS. But if you're a HomePod owner and have been having problematic issues then it's important that you read this Post. Apple have a software update for the smart speakers that is now readily available, version 12.1.13. 

The latest  HomePod software update is crucial, it will take care of the annoying bug that was causing the smart speakers to restart automatically. In addition, the software patch will also correct issues with Siri which was unresponsive to vocal commands. 

Giving credit where it's due, Apple does a good job at correcting problems to their devices by issuing out monthly software updates.

-Fixes an issue that may cause audio distortion when using external audio input devices on iPad Pro (2018)

-Resolves an issue that could cause certain Car Play systems to disconnect from iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max

This release also includes bug fixes for HomePod 

-Fixes an issue that could cause the HomePod to restart 

-Addresses an issue that could cause Siri to sop listening
